  December 4, 2020, Beijing-Cisco Greater China once again ranked among the top three in the "Best Workplace in Greater China" list. The award was awarded by the "Excellent Workplace Institute". Huang Zhiming, Cisco's global vice president and CEO of Greater China, delivered a speech at the online awards ceremony with the theme of "Hand in Hand" and participated in the roundtable forum. Prior to this, in October of this year, Cisco topped the list of the "Best Workplaces in the World" jointly issued by the "Excellent Workplace Institute" and "Fortune" magazine for the second consecutive year.
The "World's Best Workplace" selection by the Institute of Excellence for Workplaces is one of the world's largest and authoritative selections for excellent workplaces. In this year's survey of the best workplaces in Greater China, as many as 98% of Cisco employees who participated in the survey were proud to work at Cisco.
